I live in Brussels, and it is rather tricky to get a good Curry here, there are some sources (and sauces) but quality is not too hot.
I had been thinking of organising a Curry Night for a few friends and after emailing on of them, this site came up as a an advert in Gmail, I thought I'd give it a try.
The Package arrived the day after I got the confirmation email, and I made the curries up last night - there were 8 at the dinner table last night and not one of them was disappointed. Actually most people had a try of all of the curries - some adding a bit of yoghurt for the vindaloo - each one of them was top notch.
In terms of the recipes, the Korma and the vindaloo were a doddle, the dhansak (my personal fave) has a few more steps (what with the lentils to cook) but was well worth it. To make three curries for one night was certainly possible.
The best thing was that I could take all of the credit, if I had got in a takeaway, even from the best place around here, it wouldnt have tasted half as good. And this way I know that the meat etc was good quality - that matters to me.
Note from wife - she commented on the total lack of washing up - I never thought of it, but the recipes require one pan each and a chopping board to clean - another good point.
So - all in all, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend King of curries and especially the Curry Night special.
PS: I did tell my friends about King of Curries, when they sent me mails the next day saying how they had enjoyed the food - I felt a little pang of guilt suggesting I had made everything from scratch.
