I am not an expert cook by any means so I approached the nicely wrapped package with some nervousness.
But where I live there is a obscure bylaw that forbids anything that might approach a decent curry. So this website was my only hope.
I havent got time for the full hoopla but basically I ended up with a really satisfying curry. I have to admit that I singed (sp?) the tikka kebabs on barbecue, but they tasted fantastic (I cant really blame the recipe here - that was me getting distracted by the tv).
So I give it four out of five stars - why not five ? Well I am not a five star giving sorta chap. But thumbs up from a hamfisted curry starved guy.
