I've been posted in Germany for a few years now and the one thing I have REALLY missed is a good quality British style Korma. A few lads in my regiment have been using this site for a while now and had been raving about the Korma. I finally decided to give it a go an boy was I delighted. The spice blend was sent in a rather silver foil bag which was a sign of the quality to come, inside the pack the step by step menu was clear and easy to follow (even for me) and without much effort at all I was serving a fantastic Korma to friends of ours for dinner.
The curry itself was as good a Korma as i've had in years - much better than the Indian restaurants we have in Germany. This will become a regular menu item when we have friends over for dinner.
i'm off to try the Vindaloo....
