A friend told me about this website and I was keen to try it out.
I love veggie kormas but I have only had one or two that ever hit the spot.
Depite this I had high hopes for the little (actually not so little) pack of spices that came through the post - I wasn\'t disappointed.
The great smell of the spices hit me when I opened the packet and the recipe was pretty simple, the big thing was I was surprised how quickly it came together - I guess because I used vegetables (potato, courgette, cauliflower from my veg plot) as the main ingredien - it was super fast - just 25 minutes from start to finish.
I have enough for another meal for 4 left, but I doubt whether this will last the week before I cook up another batch.
Overall, excellent! and I will be coming back for more - maybe a Curry Party for some friends.
