As a big fan of the Korma from these guys, i decided to branch out and try the Vindaloo. I was pleasantly surprised to find that this recipe was for a real authentic vindaloo and not the poor imitation that you sometimes get in the lower end Indian restaurants. The spice packs where split into two, one for the main flavoring and the other for the intensity of the spice - this made it easy to control how hot it would turn out.
I really liked this curry, and if you like a real vindaloo - this is the boy for you.
having said that, it's still only number two on my list as the Korma is still the King in my book.
