In this famous Northern Indian dish, chicken (traditionally) is simmered in a creamy fragrant sauce with onion, garlic, ginger and almonds.
Whilst most people take the traditional chicken dish, the balance of spices works really well with Lamb - for those fans of chicken korma, I would advise trying it with lamb at least once.
On most restaurant menus, a Korma is spiced to make it mild, and this works well with the creamy sauce, but for fans of a spicier curry we can provide more ground red chillies to give it a fantastic kick.
The recipe is straightforward, it has only seven ingredients that you have to supply (apart from our spice blends, salt and water) and the recipe has eight clear and easy steps.

The spice blend serves 10 to 12, and for convenience this comes in two packages if you want to make two smaller meals.
